A large residential developer are currently looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their team to cover their Southern region which is Suffolk & Essex.

For day to day you will travel to developments in locations such as; Bury St Edmunds, Bishops Stortford & Ipswich. You will cover the development and be rewarded with £700 per plot for any sales you bring in

• 1 year property sales experience
• A full UK drivers license
• An employment profile demonstrating a stable working career
• Responding to initial enquiry's from right move of directly from the website
• Selling homes off plan from a show home
• Arranging appointments and conducting viewings
• Upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
• Progressing the sales from reservation to completion including liaising with solicitors & legal teams
• Liaising with the Sales Management team to negotiate offers
• Hosting events
