Job description
Do you have a passion for leading exceptional customer-facing venues and their teams?
As Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of venues across front of house and retail. You’ll lead our dedicated visitor experience team and volunteer team to deliver immersive experiences as well as traditional museum spaces.
