Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for a new role in Ayr? We’re on the hunt for a dedicated Manager to join a small nursing home in Scotland

As a Home Manager, you will enjoy a salary of £50,000 – £52,000, a generous 40% bonus scheme (£73,000 OTE), and the chance to make a real difference in lives. With progression opportunities aplenty, this is a role that promises growth and satisfaction.

Our client operates over 60 care homes across the UK. They are dedicated to providing the highest standards of care and creating a developing environment for both residents and staff.

As the Home Manager, you will be:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home
• Ensuring the care home maintains the highest standards of care
• Managing budgets and overseeing financial planning
• Directing and training a team of care professionals
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

The ideal Home Manager will have:

• A nursing pin (desirable)
• Proven CI inspections of Good and Very good
• Background working at a managerial role within healthcare or elderly care
• Excellent management and communication skills
