Job Description
- Handling and resolving customer inquiries, complaints and orders in a timely manner.
- Handle order through to delivery for your customers.
- Manage a portfolio of large supermarket customers.
- Use ERP systems to process orders, check stock and forecast requirements for your accounts.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborating with the customer service team to meet and exceed customer service standards.
- Recording customer interactions for quality assurance and training purposes.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly updating customer information in the company database.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Specialist should have:
- An educational background in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience with Sales Order Processing and B2B Customer Services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
