About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven EV Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts in the EV sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EV market deep industry connections and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends across the Electromobility sector.
  2. Strategic Partnerships: Identify negotiate and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the EV industry including manufacturers charging infrastructure providers and government agencies.
  3. Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue growth including targeting Commercial/ Fleet customers Charge Point Operators Destination Charging and Bus/Truck operators collaborating with the wider team. Both to install and maintain assets thereafter across these market segments.
  4. Product Development: Work closely with the product/hardware partners to ensure our Electromobility offerings meet market demand and customer needs.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers providing exceptional customer service and support.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with EVrelated regulations incentives and policies ensuring our business operations are compliant.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing engineering and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to EV business development.

What do you need to be successful

  1. Degree qualified preferred.
  2. Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales with a focus on the EV industry.
  3. Strong industry knowledge and network in the electromobility specifically in subsectors Destination Network Operators Workplace/Fleet Heavy Commercial and Maintenance of charger assets once installed.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
  6. Resultsoriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  7. Knowledge of EV technology marketplace sectors trends and regulations.
