About the Role COMMIS CHEF at Par & Eagle Bar at Prestwick Airport Shift patterns: scheduled between 4 am and midnight Pay rate: £11.65 per hour + an additional £1.20 paid for every hour worked between midnight and 6 am We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at Par & Eagle Bar at Prestwick Airport! As a Commis Chef, you will work a variety of shifts between the hours of 4 am and midnight, between Monday and Sunday. As a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £12.85 per hour! Previous kitchen experience is desired, but not essential, as full training will be provided! Responsibilities for Commis Chef:

• Preparing orders with accuracy
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
• Demonstrate knowledge of Breakfast Club Products - full training will be provided
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Consistently meet shift/daily average spending, waste, and portion control targets
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in work areas.

Requirements for Commis Chef:

• Candidates must be over 18 years old
• Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
