Job description
Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced Plumber for a job based in Blackburn for work within a Hospital.
We are looking for someone who ideally already holds a DBS certificate, if not must be willing to have one carried out.
About The Job:
- 08:00am - 16:30pm.
- Mon to Fri.
- £14.61p/h.
- Weekly pay.
- Overtime rates - 1.5x Monday - Saturday, 2x Sunday & Bank holidays
- Call out 1 weeks in 4 weeks (paid, £247 on top of weekly pay)
General Maintenance of Hospital, including:
- Undertaking maintenance, repairs and minor improvements works across the site, ensuring compliance with current standards and safety standards and procedures.
- Diagnose and repair faults in Mechanical Engineering Installations, plant and equipment; to deal with new situations as they arise and pass on knowledge to others.
- Carry out repairs, maintain and efficiently run plant and equipment. Be conversant with the various aspects of mechanical planned preventative maintenance.
About You:
- Plumbing Level 3.
- Completion of an Indentured Engineering/Plumbing Apprenticeship or recognised apprenticeship and two years continuous experience in the industry.
- Speak & understand fluent English.
- Confident in passing DBS.
