Robert Half are working exclusively with one of our best clients to find a new Senior Management Accountant. This is a vital part of the finance function where you will be taking full ownership for the UK finance function as you support the business with their exciting growth plans. The Role

In this Senior Management Accountant role you will be responsible for (But not limited to):

• Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth
• Provide accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making
• Produce month end and year end journals
• Prepare statutory and management accounts
• Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process
• Manage capital expenditure
• Produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
• Lead, manage, guide and motivate a small accountancy department
• Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations
• Accountability for cash flow and production of forecasts
• Review company assets and liabilities
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for all accounts
• Assessment of monthly expenses
• Calculation, presentation and payment of VAT

The Company

Our client are a long standing name in the Leisure and Sport industry, and they are currently commencing with some strong growth plans as they continuously aim to take their business to the next level. This role will be based at the companies head offices which are based near the Farnham area.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced and proven finance professional who is now looking to step into a position where they are able to effectively utilise their skill-set and add value to this business. This candidate will require minimal training and/or support and will be able to hit the ground running after stepping into the role.

The candidate must be fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) in order to be considered.

Salary & Benefits

This Senior Management Accountant role will be offering up to £75,000 per annum, as well as holiday, pension, and further company benefits
