Job description
Fawkes & Reece are currently assisting a Fit out Contractor in their search for a Project Manager with D&B Commercial fit out experience.
This vacancy has become available due to the company recently winning numerous projects across the City of London where they need a Manager to be able to cover 2-3 of these sites. All of which being Cat A & B D&B Fit out
These sites are varying between the value of £250k-£5m however most of which are £1m.
The ideal Project Manager will have experience working on D&B Commercial fit outs for a Fit out Main Contractor.
This position is a long term freelance contract with an above market day rate so this position is very attractive and won't be available for long
