*RC Frame is up and site is ready to be taken forward by a strong number one*

We are seeking a Project Manager to come on board to an initial Residential High Rise new build in Southampton. Approximately 6-8 storey block of 1-2 bedroom apartments. RC frame has been completed and you will be required to then run the project to completion.

The company has an annual turn over of £100M and are Southampton based. They have a good bank of projects coming up over the next year and more and seeking someone to come on long term.

Headline of the Project Manager role

• Oversee an RC Frame Residential development consisting of 1 - 2 bedroom apartments
• Supportive Head office and Commercial team with great history of building quality units for sale
• Be part of a company that is focused on quality, quality and quality
• Company has good landbank of projects, so want someone for long term work
• Will require examples of running sites at Senior Site Manager or Project Manager level on residential tower developments

Key experiences you should have as Senior Site Manager

• Experience on residential developments and  RC Frame apartment experience
• Be a great communicator with the ability to oversee subcontractors
• Developing knowledge of the residential conversion construction process
• Great customer service skills and the ability to deliver on new homeowners’ expectations
• Ideally you will have around 5+ yrs experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager
• Experience of previously running your own jobs, driving programme and being proactive on site
