Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Working Location: Sandwell, Birmingham

Working Model: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days from home)

Hours: Full-time

About the Role:

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes accurately and efficiently. Your duties will include processing payroll data, resolving payroll-related queries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll data accurately and timely
• Resolving payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders
• Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborating with colleagues to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency
• Assisting with ad hoc payroll projects and tasks as required

About You:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in payroll administration
• Comfortable completing a 3-month contract
• Available to start immediately
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
