Job description
6 Partner East Sussex practice seeks a Wills, Probate, Trusts CILEX or Solicitor to join busy Private Client department on either a full or part-time basis (home working also on offer). You will be taking over an existing caseload dealing with Wills, Probate & Estate matters, LPAs, POAs and Deputyship/Court of Protection matters for local clients. Some exposure to personal Tax and Trusts work is required. This role is available on either a full time or part-time basis and offers home working. 5 weeks annual leave.
