About Our Client

My client is an FMCG manufacturer part of a global group.

Job Description

• Booking vehicles into delivery/collection slots for site
• Management of all pallets including updating relevant systems
• Recording resource use on the transport system
• Providing management information on key issues (e.g. special deliveries)
• Ensuring legal compliance
• Communicating and escalating issues to the wider supply chain team.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience dealing with booking transport/working with hauliers
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• IT Literate - particularly Advanced Excel Skills
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to Problem Solve and Negotiate

What's on Offer

• Salary £25-28K
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Office based
• 20 days holidays + bank holidays + increase 1 day per year up to 25 days
