You will ideally have

• A good understanding of purchasing and supply chain.
• Have some knowledge of VAT calculations
• Be IT and Computer Literate - Excel and Outlook Knowledge.
• The ability to maintain and build good working relationships, internally and externally.
• Be organised and have the ability to prioritise workload and use your initiative

Your duties will include

• Raising and Expediting purchase orders to meet the demands of the business.
• Ordering Software which has bespoke details and end user requirements.
• Communicating with suppliers over the phone and email regarding delivery dates, orders and returns.
• Resolving invoice queries and obtaining invoices.
• Cover for other procurement staff during holidays.
• ERP administrative tasks - including setting up of new products, setting commodity codes and populating data on products.

The Working hours are Mon to Thurs 9am - 5.30pm , 1 hour lunch and a 5pm finish on Fridays.
