Sales Negotiator
Location: Chigwell, London
Salary: Base £20k - £25k, OTE £30k - £35k + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full - Time, Monday-Friday

Our client is a well-established real estate agency, with a strong focus on residential sales, purchasing, and lettings.
The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will arrange viewings, conduct Open Days, perform property ring outs, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
? Successfully negotiate offers.
? Greeting buyers & vendors.
? Sales Progression.
? Registering customers.
? Matching requirements & arranging viewings.
? General Administration duties.
Requirements:
? Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or in a similar role.
? Minimum 1-year experience in Estate Agency.
? Valid Driving Licence.
