About the Job:

The Keysight Global Services Organization is organized around customers with region teams focused on understanding customer requirements and offering a full services portfolio to meet their needs. The teams are supported by global platforms focused on providing integrated customer experience, optimized, cost-effective operations.

This EMEAI regional level role, is an exciting opportunity for anyone with a background in operations management looking for their next career move to an established and successful organization that is number one in test and measurement globally and where technical and engineering experts can thrive and develop in our dynamic environment.

We are looking for someone with a passion for providing great customer service experience, experience of people management, who will motivate and engage employees and who cares about meeting and exceeding business goals. About the team:

Regional Operations Manager will be managing Services team spread across UK, Europe and India. Country operations managers in these countries will role up to Regional Operations Manager. The total team size would be around 200 people, with  4-5 direct reports.
