Job description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Creating POs and SKU's
- Collaborating between our Product and Warehousing teams, ensuring goods arrive on time
- Monitoring operational levels of our partners to the agreed costs and service levels
- Liaising with customer services on restocking dates and availability, aiding with customer queries where necessary
- Regular relations with directors of the business and/or other departments to create transparency and organisation within the business
- Any Ad Hoc duties that arise within the product team
- Take control of any drop ship orders
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge is essential for the role (VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, IFS etc.)
- Commercial awareness – working to develop full understanding of the nature of our business, products, and competitive market to drive the best performance
- Ability to build strong open trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Extremely organised with good attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
