Job description

Our homes provide the right environment for you to deliver the outstanding care our residents deserve. You’ll assist them with their daily living activities, whilst supporting their mental, physical, social and emotional wellbeing. Showing empathy and compassion, you’ll also provide keyworker support to specific residents. Each of our residents is unique and your person-centred approach to care planning will ensure they receive the care that suits them best.

Whether you’re new to care or already have some experience, you’ll be well supported in this role with access to a first-class induction, on-going personal development to ensure your care practices are always up to date and opportunities for progression. This role does involve some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid.
