The company -
You will be working for a leading developer, working on multiple large-scale projects in the Southeast at any given time. They describe themselves as a premium house-builder and pride themselves in the quality and execution of their work. They have no shortage in work, with many new projects coming up, therefore they are looking for someone who wants to join them for the long run.
The role -
For this role you will be expected to carry out standard Quantity Surveying duties. Initially you will be working directly under the supervision of the Commercial Manager. You will be taking on a large-scale project in Kent to start with, that consists of an over 700 unit, 3 stage development. You will then be expected to take on other upcoming and current projects they have. Sometimes working alongside to Commercial Manager, but also sometimes being independent.
