Job description

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently supporting a client of ours, with the hire of an experienced motor trade Service Manager based in Norwich. Our client seeks a hands-on professional capable of effectively managing both the service department and workshop operations.

Responsibilities & requirements of a Service Manager:

Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.

Provide robust support and effective leadership to the broader service team.

Oversee daily operations of the Service Department, ensuring franchise goals are met.

Efficiently manage the service department, optimising workflow, and productivity.

Introduce streamlined processes to elevate service efficiency and quality.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies.

Analyse service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to optimise overall dealership operations.

The Package: 

Basic Salary of £32,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Fuel Card!!

Monday to Friday – [8:00am - 18:00pm] + No weekends!!

(Weekend work is only required in cases of critical business necessity).

25 days holiday [Rising to 28 days with time].
