Job description

The Head of Learning Support (Prep) is responsible specifically for the leadership and development of Learning Support throughout the Prep school, ensuring that each pupil is positively encouraged to develop their potential to the full.  The Head of Learning Support will be expected to work closely with colleagues in the department and across other curriculum areas. The post holder will also themselves be able to provide one-to-one and in-class support to a high standard, and may need to visit the Senior School as part of their remit.

The successful candidate will be well-qualified, organised, energetic and ambitious. The post would suit a teacher with leadership potential or leadership experience who has excellent subject knowledge and is passionate about Learning Support. A willingness to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the School is essential.
