Main duties ● Ensure the level of support is high and individuals are supported with all elements of their support. ● Assist or administer medication. ● Contribute to Risk and Support Plans. ● Support colleagues to implement agreed ways of working. ● To follow all policies and procedures within the home. ● To help an individual develop skills and knowledge to become as independent as possible.
