Marketing Administrator / Copywriter / Content Writer Part-Time

Job description

Our client is a growing local company and market leader in Great Yarmouth.  Due to expansion they are seeking a part-time Marketing Administrator to join them.

Hours: 2-3 days a week 8.30-4.30pm or 8am to 4pm, days flexible

This role is based in Great Yarmouth and is 100% office based with free parking.

The role is expected to last for 2 months however could be longer. They are flexible with the hours and days.

Duties 

•Write content for press releases, social media posts and brochures to promote the company

General office admin to support the marketing team including:• Monitor the marketing mailbox and respond accordingly• Update missing job titles and contact details on the database• Read and test induction crib sheets• Read and test marketing crib sheets – input any corrections• File crib sheets correctly (Including the Marketing Appendix with print materials/artwork)• Review and condense Trade Shows and Events folder highlighting ones that would be useful to attend along with ones that would be useful to have an exhibit at• Review Mail Chimp folder and current templates. Speak with Manager regarding templates and update to make more eye catching• Go through the supporting documents sent with quotes, removing signatures, identifying incorrectly branded sheets and out of date photos• Review Directories folder and ensure that all data held by each directory is up to date with up-to-date branding etc• Send out and monitor responses to Survey Monkey on Off Hire

The successful candidate will have:

•A high attention to detail and excellent written and verbal language skills

•Proven copy writing / content writing experience• Good Office Suite skills

•Excellent grammar / punctuation
