Private Clients Administrator, Family Office - Zurich

Job description

We are currently looking for Private Clients Administrator to join a boutique sized family office in the city centre of Zurich.

Requirements for the role, is to have a minimum of 3 years experience gained from having been working in a Bank, Trust or Family Office. Be confident dealing with UHNWI clients and their assets.  Understanding the procedure of bank account opening, how to fill banking and compliance forms, handling daily administrative tasks and to assist the CEO from time to time as a personal assistant.  An excellent command of Russian and English languages, both written and spoken is essential, German would also be deisrable but is not essential.
