Quality Manager

Atherstone

£40,000-£48,000 + Great Progression + Bonuses + Expanding Company + Autonomous Role + Day Based with Flexible Hours

Are you an experienced Quality Manager looking to join a growing company in a senior role with succession planning into a director position and autonomy over a growing department?

On offer is the opportunity to join this company in a senior role to aid with their rapid expansion whist helping to shape their future growth.

With over five decades of experience, this company are leaders in their industry. Specialising in the procurement of overseas manufacturing supplies, this company are constantly developing and improving to stay at the top of their field.

The day to day of this role includes checking goods in, liaising with suppliers, managing a small but growing team, inspections and using initiative to maintain this company's pristine reputation.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Quality Manager from the manufacturing industry. An understanding of engineering drawings is required. A background in the Automotive industry would be advantageous.

The Role:

• Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment
• In charge of a small team of Quality Engineers
• Monday - Thursday (8am-4:30pm), Friday (8am-2pm)
• Flexible working hours

The Person:

• Strong background as a Quality Manager
• Must be from a Manufacturing background
• Must be able to understand engineering drawings
