Legal Director - Solicitor (Debt Recovery) Role Overview:
As a Legal Director/Partner (Debt Recovery), you will play a pivotal role in leading this debt recovery legal practice in Lancashire and overseeing the operational aspects of the legal department. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in debt collection strategies, legal compliance, and team leadership to drive efficiency, mitigate risk, and lead the firm forward.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies tailored to client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage all aspects of the debt recovery process, from initial assessment to resolution, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.

Qualifications: - Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of experience in debt recovery and legal operations.
