Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)
At Study Group Digital Learning we deliver our own portfolio of digital academic programmes at International Foundation and Pre-Masters levels. We also support the work of the broader Study Group network by delivering digital English programmes, and student experience products, as well as providing other learning delivery solutions. Our final areas of focus are contributing to new products or learning enhancement initiatives.
The Quality Assurance Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the delivery team in the day-to-day operations of digital programme delivery as well as undertaking tasks to help ensure robust quality assurance requirements are met. The Quality Assurance Administrator will be capable of thorough and conscientious work to tight deadlines, adapting to changing priorities as the need arises. An ability to use initiative, be proactive, and be solutions-focused are all essential.
ABOUT THE ROLE - Provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage programme calendars and coordinate programme dates.
- Maintain accurate student records/data and provide reporting when needed.
- Manage the administration of academic boards and meetings including co-ordination and minute taking.
- Handle queries and provide support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the administration of student enrolment and induction.
- Lead on timetabling and creation of online lesson links.
- Ensure quality assessment administration.
- Input, update, and manage data in Excel and other systems.
- Supervising the completion of administrative tasks by others if required.
- Any other tasks and duties as required by the line manager.
ABOUT YOU - Level 3 qualification or equivalent work experience (Essential)
- Excellent IT skills particularly in Microsoft Excel (Essential)
- Substantial and proven experience within an administrative role (Essential)
- Experience in using data and reporting systems (Essential)
- Experience of being flexible and working to specific deadlines (Essential)
- Experience in improving administrative processes and process mapping
- Experience in building strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues.
- Experience in being able to manage time well with the ability to prioritise work, forward think and plan.
- Experience in communicating with and liaising with multiple different stakeholders.
