£22,250 per annum

37 hours per week

We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join us in the role of Personal Assistant within our Learner Services department. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!

About the role

We are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic administrator to join the well-established team. This is a fast-paced and diverse role, in which you will work closely with the Deputy Principal for FE and the Group Executive Director of Learner Services to provide high quality and responsive administrative support. Other duties will include:

• Undertaking reception duties
• Dealing with queries via phone, email and letter
• Maintaining records and managing diaries
• Analysing data and producing reports using a range of systems.

About the person

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisation and administrative skills. Candidates should also have:

• Level 2/GCSE Maths and English
• Level 3 Business Administration
• Prior experience working in an office or administrative role
• Experience of analysing data and writing reports
• ICT competency.
