Job description

Job Title: Service Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £33,604.57 (£34,789.65 is achieved after 18 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday (plus occasional on-call manager rota)
Location: Vaughan House (St, Saviour's Dispersed) Guildford, Surrey.

The difference you will make as a Service Manager

You will be providing support for young people aged 16-25, with low to medium needs, including looked-after children (LAC). We are preparing for our first Ofsted inspection and are looking for someone who is committed to implementing and maintaining the standards of our governing body and Riverside’s way.

You will be providing motivational leadership to empower and engage your team to deliver an outstanding service that puts customers first with responsibility for the safe operational management of care and support services.
