Purchasing Officer (Engineering)

Birstall (Commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and Wakefield)

£28000 - £38000 + Great Development and Possibilities + Training + Holidays + Pension + Bonus

An excellent opportunity for someone who has purchasing experience from an engineering environment with the ability to read engineering drawings, with fantastic development opportunities and a chance to progress into upper management.

In the role, you will be managing suppliers, ensuring our workshop are achieving deadlines for machine builds, purchasing material and ensuring each project is coming in within budget and on time.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside a growing team producing world renowned special purpose machinery

The Person:

• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Purchasing experience in an engineering environment
• Ability to work autonomously and alongside stakeholders
