Job description
As our Talent Manager, UGC & TikTok your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders in the entertainment industry, including talent agencies and content creators. You will work closely with these partners to create engaging and compelling content to use across JSHealth social channels and ad campaigns, and you will develop strategies to grow our audience and influence in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute marketing and content campaigns that drive user engagement and growth.
- Work with internal teams to identify trends and insights that can inform content strategy and inform partnership opportunities.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments and stay informed about competitors and emerging players in the social media space.
- Act as the TikTok lead within the UK and EU social team.
- Monitor the UK and EU influencer market, seeking appropriate talent for product seeding and paid partnerships.
- Ensure all discount codes are correctly set up and are switched on before talent goes live.
- Monitor influencer posts to social channels to ensure shared URL links and codes are correct.
- Monitor the UK and EU Shopify sites to track traffic, number of codes used, and content engagement.
- Track emerging influencers, general trends, and content/sound popularity.
- Oversee the growth and lead the JSHealth Vitamins UK TikTok account.
- Manage the TikTok shop platform and onboard creators.
- Manage allocated monthly budget and spend on TikTok platform advertorials.
- Produce tailored creative briefs.
- Manage paid TikTok agency and communicate strategy and learnings to the global team.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance and brand voice is maintained.
- Manage and approve contracts, briefs, and paid content before it goes live.
- Manage all talent invoices, ensuring they’re correct and sent to accounts to be paid in a timely fashion.
- Assist in generating monthly and weekly reporting.
- Track trends and competitive market analysis.
- Source talent for UK and EU Instagram teams.
- Assist with growing UGC content for paid channels, including Meta.
- Creating high-quality, engaging content for both the UK and EU TikTok account
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in influencer marketing (Instagram + TikTok).
- A positive team player who can cope in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running.
- Social Media (especially TikTok) Obsessed with a strong knowledge of the UK and EU influencer landscape.
- Experience in creating and posting content on TikTok
- Knowledge of TikTok trends
