Job description

Top Job Recruitment are looking to recruit a talented and experienced individual to fill the position of Production Manager for our client based on the outskirts of Colchester.

Your role will involve coordinating and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest quality standards and managing a small production team.

Job role:

• Responsible for the growth of the business
• Ensuring sales and production targets are met
• Leading your team to fullest potential
• Ensuring E-Commerce information Is correct
• Weekly production reports
• Operation on modern printing machines

What do we need from you?

• Experience with printing machines and/or lasers
• Experience managing a small team
• Experience using marketing tools desired but not essential
• Experience with E-Commerce sales is a bonus
