Managing a portfolio of clients for the Practice - Providing excellent service and advisory across Accounts, Tax & all compliance/regulations.

Description
- Manage a portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Prepare and file annual accounts, tax returns, and VAT returns
- Provide accounting and tax advice to clients
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting regulations and legislation#
- Supervise and train junior staff members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and propose business development opportunities
Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a small practice
- Sound knowledge of UK accounting regulations and legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of accounting software
