We are currently recruiting for a Catering Admin Supervisor to be a part of our integral team at RAF Lossiemouth, IV31 6SD

What you'll be doing

• You will have a good knowledge of the following systems: Aratrade, OPX, Kronos (training will be provided)
You will be familiar in running shifts 
Basic admin duties
• Ensure all basic cold food preparation and made to order services including hot deli and live action are served in line with Aramark brand standards.
• Ensure all staff are allergen trained
• Ensure All staff adhere to Dress codes and work as required.
• Place orders using software, ensuring stock is always kept to a minimum level.
• Carry out stock takes and enter information on to systems monthly. 
• Produce Rosters, adjusting for time off and sickness/absences
• Perform daily paper/computer work as is assigned 
• Keeps diligent records as required
• Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements and Legislation
• Undertake relevant training as required
• Any other duties as and when directed by General Manager or Line Manager
