Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design test cases
- Execute test cases and document any defects found during testing
- Conduct regression testing to validate software functionality after bug fixes or enhancements
- Identify and report software defects, bugs, and issues to the development team
- Contribute to the improvement of software quality assurance processes and best practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality analysts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software quality assurance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and QA processes
- Experience in creating and executing test cases
- Working knowledge of testing tools
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members
