3rd Line IT Support Role
Gillingham (Onsite)
£30-40k + Discounted private medical, medical cashplan and free on site parking

On offer is an opportunity to Provid technical assistance and maintenance to the 6 sites the company currently have, including hardware and software support. Deployment of new server hardware, switches, routers and firewalls.
This position is full time onsite in Gillingham and will require travel between sites and call handling with the different internal staff they have.
The role:
- To pro-actively assist in monitoring and maintaining servers, applications and hardware.
- To provide 3rd line technical support to internal staff, based across the company's 6 sites.
- To troubleshoot client, server and networking issues and to document solutions.
- To mentor and train 1st / 2nd line technical support staff where required
The person:
- Previous experience in 3rd line IT Support role
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Planning and organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
