Job description

As we move through 2024 OCU group continues on a path of significant growth. This means our teams are expanding which has created an opportunity for a FP & A Analyst to join our finance team based out of our Stockport Head Office.

The purpose of the role is to support acquisitions including target research due diligence and preparation of investment papers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the annual budgeting process.
• Maintaining strategic financial model.
• Contributing analysis to monthly board papers.
• Preparation of investment appraisal documentation.
• Working closely with commercial and operational teams to provide insight into profitability and cash flow at a project level.
• Supporting wider business with adhoc financial analysis.

Skills and Experience:

• ACA ACCA or CIMA Newly Qualified or Part Qualified (at least halfway through exams).
• Open to candidate background either within industry or practice.
• Advanced Excel skillset.
• An appetite for professional development.
• A desire to be part of an exciting growth story.
• Construction industry experience preferable but not essential.
