Bluebird Care Lancaster and South Lakeland are currently seeking a highly motivated Live-In Carer to join our expanding team.

You will live with our customer in their property enabling and supporting them to maintain a safe, happy and dignified life in the place that they call home. You will support them in all aspects of their day to day living, including emotional wellbeing, personal care, mobility, assisting with medication and preparing meals to maintain a good quality of life. We endeavour to provide you with the training required to succeed in this role.

As a Live-In Carer you will:

• Possess excellent communication skills, both speaking and writing fluent English
• Be caring, loyal, committed, empathetic, highly reliable and flexible.
• Ideally have experienced some form of caring may it be a family member, or friend
• Operate with a person centred approach
• Ensure the safety of your customer is paramount
