We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support an ultra-high-net-worth individual to manage all aspects of their business and personal life. The ideal candidate will be highly professional and dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the principal’s business interests within music, film, and television, as well as lifestyle and property management. The Executive Assistant will become a true-right hand to the principal, coordinating the management of professional and personal schedules spanning multiple time zones and industries, so will need to be profoundly organised, highly proactive and take pride in every aspect of their work to ensure everything runs like clockwork. As the Executive Assistant, the successful candidate will be someone who is extremely loyal, always goes that extra mile, is solution-focused and with a high level of discretion. This role is fast-paced and will be well-suited to an Executive Assistant who as prior experience supporting a UHNWI or a high-profile individual, and a background within media or the arts would be beneficial, but not essential.

This role is extremely busy and varied, requiring an Executive Assistant who is capable of managing many moving parts at one time. You will be working closely alongside another PA, as well as the wider hard-working and collaborative team, all based from the Family Office.

This role is based out of the principal’s home office near Henley-on-Thames, and the Executive Assistant will be required to be on-site Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm. There will be an element of flexibility out of hours, particularly when the principal is travelling.
