About the role:
The focus of this role is to help the people we support to develop independent living skills: improve their personal hygiene, assist with meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities and socialising – the daily routine of regular life. You’ll get huge job satisfaction from seeing the people you are supporting do more for themselves and live the life they want to live. First and foremost, our goal is to provide fantastic opportunities and positive experiences for the individuals we support. We aim to support people to live big, set ambitious goals and gain independence skills. We have vacancies at 2 services in Crewe where you will be supporting adults, both male and female with learning disabilities. Good communication skills are a must, as some of the people we support are non-verbal. This role is ideal for people committed to making a positive difference to individual’s lives, including experienced support workers, graduates and those seeking a stimulating career path into social care.
