Job description

Junior entry level admin required -Lythenm St Anns - £22,308 annum

You will mainly be supporting the team with generic admin duties.

Key Responsibilities:

General Administration:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.

Perform general office duties: photocopying, filing, and data entry.

Maintain a well-organised and tidy office environment.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members when necessary.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records and databases.

Assist in the preparation and organisation of reports and documents.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication.

Draft and proofread correspondence and documents.

Team Support:

Provide support to team members as needed.

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
