Area Lettings Manager - Surrey, Hampshire & Sussex
An exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager or Area Lettings Manager to join one of the regions top Estate Agency and Lettings brands. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic individual with a talent for leadership and a keen sense for growth and development in the property letting space.
The Package Basic: £32,000 to £36,000
OTE: £70,000 to £85,000
What You'll Bring:
- A solid background in lettings or estate agency management, preferably with multi-location oversight.
- Proven experience in nurturing and leading teams to achieve and exceed their targets.
- ARLA technical award or equivalent qualifications will be highly regarded.
Your Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the performance and expansion of our client's network of nine letting offices.
- Employ your flair and creativity to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within your team.
- Ensure compliance and high standards across all operational facets of the business.
