We are seeking to appoint an Learning Support Assistant to:

• Provide classroom support to pupils under the direction of the teacher.
• Provide general support to pupils in line with special educational needs.
• Escort pupils around school premises/and take home.

You will have:  

• GCSE Maths and GCSE English (Level 4 and above)
• Experience of working in a school environment  
• The ability to motivate students and a desire to make a positive contribution to their education  
• The ability to manage challenging behaviour in line with the school behaviour policy  
• A commitment to the ethos of the school.
