We have a vacancy for an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy but friendly People team on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day advice and guidance to managers and all levels of staff on a wide range of HR issues.
As a valued member of the team, this essential role is part-time, working 3 days per week and based in Aylesbury. The position will be responsible for supporting our wider teams in the area on a range of employee relations issues including recruitment, grievances, disciplinaries and absence management. Working closely with the General Manager and other Senior Management, this role will align HR practices with overall business strategy, contributing to organisational goals through talent management and workforce planning.
The successful candidate will be professional, confident, and friendly with outstanding communication and administrative skills. CIPD (or part) qualified with a comprehensive understanding of current employment law, we are looking for an individual with the ability to manage their time effectively, work on their own initiative, and have excellent attention to detail.
