Purpose
To manage a team of Tutors and enrolment officers at the Plymouth site. Ensuring staff performance and quality KPIs are achieved, providing the relevant level of support to all staff and learners closing any achievement gaps. Ensure systems and processes are being adhered to through effective monitoring, control and reporting. Providing support as necessary to the General Manager for the day to day running of a busy centre.Essential:
