We are now looking for a Graphics Area Sales Manager to join our team in Scarborough, UK.

What you will do
As a Graphics Area Sales Manager, you will work together with the broader Sales Team and Business Unit colleagues. You are responsible for actively and purposely exploring for new business opportunities, promoting UPM Raflatac graphic solution products and services and in the successful launch delivery of new products and services to their customers. You are also responsible for the development and execution of account-specific plans to drive profitable sales and profit in line with company and country strategy .
Your main tasks are:
Identify and develop profitable growth opportunities with new and existing distributors
Promote UPM Raflatac graphics solution products, solutions and services to customers and end-users
Deliver product consultancy and training to reflect distributor needs and pursuant to profit objectives
Manage business portfolio to deliver required level of profitability and take corrective actions where targets are not achieved
Negotiate business terms and annual agreements with the distributors and make sure that these agreements are documented and stored as legally required
Provide sales forecasts
Actively involve relevant parts of the organization, including the Sales Team and Graphic Business, to support in customer activity

You have the ability to map key distributor network structure and identify key influencers
