To provide expert Brow/SMPU Services, Consultations, 5* Service and advice to our clients

Responsibilities

The role of Senior Brow/SPMU Expert at Brow HQ is responsible for ensuring 5* Service and care to clients and guests
Creating bespoke brow/lash/lip/SPMU using various techniques including Microblading and SPMU
Ensuring treatments are performed to an exceptional standard, effectively and within designated time frames
Keeping up to date with industry trends and continually improving product and treatment knowledge by following leading brow/skin experts
Ensuring adequate stock for your treatments
Keeping a clean and tidy work environment that adheres to HSE and company guidelines
Booking in and amending appointments as required
Delivering and participating in training as required
Selling products
Taking pictures/videos and ensuring work is featured on social media (FB and Instagram)
Meeting targets set

Person Specification

Experienced professional who is exceptional in Microblading/SPMU (holding recognised qualifications and licenses) and an expert in other brow treatments such as shaping, tinting and lamination
Passionate about brows, making a positive difference to customers through creating the best bespoke brows and a passion for learning new techniques and observing new brow trends
Good team player, with a positive attitude to work and customers
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
3 years experience
Experience of working in a team environment
Sales skills/experience of meeting targets
