Job description
We are looking for an experienced food production supervisor to join a well-known client in the Cropwell Bishop area.
Your main responsibility will be to manufacture cheeses.
To be responsible for the manufacture of various cheeses including Blue Stilton, White Stilton, Blue Shropshire, and Beauvale in accordance with the agreed recipes to achieve the highest level of production.
The cheese production process must consistently adhere to all mandated standards of hygiene and quality as outlined in the company’s quality assurance system.
To oversee durations, temperatures, pH levels, moisture content, and document findings.
