Job description

Our client is a global leader in orthobiologics, offering a range of innovative solutions for musculoskeletal healing and regeneration. Their products are designed to engage and enhance the body's natural healing processes. Due to their continued growth, they seek a motivated surgical sales professional that can drive sales revenue, profitability, and market share growth by engaging in commercial interactions, providing clinical and educational support.

As a Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling products to new and existing customers. You will have the opportunity to harness your strategic sales expertise to challenge conventional perspectives and be involved in high-level discussions with both surgeons and other key hospital stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Actively seek new customers and business opportunities, whilst maintaining and protecting existing accounts.

Develop and execute a business plan that results in exceeding assigned sales quota.

Identify and engage a wide range of customers and stakeholders.

Conduct clinical in-service training programs with appropriate customers.

Educate healthcare providers in the clinic setting on the proper use of the prescribed product to facilitate effective patient fittings by healthcare providers.

 

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

Hold a college degree.

Minimum of 2-5 years of proven sales experience preferably in the biotech, life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical devices, trauma sports, veterinary, physiotherapy or related industry.

Experience with NHS and private hospitals is essential.

A strong business to business selling experience.

Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.

Proficient computer skills (CRM system, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Active learner, seeking and leveraging opportunities to gain new skills, knowledge, and experiences.

 

A surgical sales background is required for the role however the position will not involve sales within a theatre environment. You will utilize your excellent relationship building, negotiating, and technical skills to be successful in this role.

Candidates should be situated in the Northeast of the UK.
