My clients have over 20 year’s experience and have gained the reputation for first class service.  The company is one of the UK’s largest independent installers of car HiFi, cellular and telematics. currently completing circa 4,000 installations per calendar month. The team of mobile engineers are based right across the UK & Ireland & offer a wide range of in-car & home installs to National Retailers, insurers, fleet telematics providers & wholesalers.  Customer service & a quality installation are at the heart of the ethos and have led to the steady growth of the business.

Further growth and new premises during 2021/2022 mean they are now looking for dedicated skilled individuals who can work under pressure whilst keeping the customer at the heart of they we do.  We are looking for them an experienced Customer Services Advisor.

Customer Services Brief details of position:

The team of dedicated installation coordinators are responsible for arranging installations of various types, the planning & scheduling of the engineers’ dairies & overseeing a job from inception to completion.

Customer Services Main duties will include:

• Contacting customers & arranging a date that an engineer can attend the customers address and carry out the installation of their equipment.
• Handling in-coming telephone and email queries from clients and customers.
• Coordinating the engineers daily work schedule whilst working to tight deadlines
• Constantly updating the scheduling system & customers/clients throughout the day.
• Ensure accurate and timely allocation of work requests to meet service level agreements.

Customer Services Vital skills:

• A Good level of IT literacy – Word, Excel and Outlook – The ability to quickly learn in-house systems
• Ability to manage own workload by effectively prioritising and multi-tasking
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), must be confident and courteous on the telephones and be able to communicate at all levels
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• Customer service oriented with focus on the success of the business
• People person yet resilient and assertive with proactive and positive attitude
• Effective problem solving & organisational skills
• An excellent attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate good knowledge of customer services
• Must have previous experience within a Helpdesk / call centre environment
• Have excellent typing skills
• A good geographical knowledge of the UK

The overall office hours of the business are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week

1 in 4 Saturdays worked

Salary DOE upto £25k start

20 days holiday + bank holidays
